Construction easement is a pre-right granted to property owners for independent sections of a building to be constructed on a plot. In this case, the building may not be completed yet, so the owners only hold rights during the construction phase. Once completed, it can be converted to condominium title.

What is Condominium Title (Kat Mülkiyeti)?

Condominium title is the official property ownership granted via title deed for completed buildings. It provides legal ownership and security to the titleholder. The building is fully completed and registered.

Why the Difference Matters

The key difference is whether the property is under construction or completed. Condominium title is safer and more reliable for investment. Construction easement carries more risk since completion and conversion are not guaranteed.
